Since my friend died Ive had Orbs around me!

My friend & also an Ex partner died in Feb 2008 aged 42, ever since he died Ive had what i beleive are orbs around me, they have appeared on alot of my photo's taken by my camera phone & thinking it could be my phone at fault, my friends have taken pictures with their camera phones and have got the same result.
I don't know what to believe, some say they are dust particals others say they are orbs.
Will I ever know?
