The Ghost at the Constution Site

So in the car the other day my dad was telling a story let me start by saying this is completly true and not a least bit fiction.
So I know this lady who was cleaning a house one day when she heard a ghost no do do it like that your doing it wrong. Who is this, He goesn to say this was repeated a t least ten times before she heard it once again she said who is this a voice replied Abby. She was scared so she rushed out to the landlord of the house and shaking she said who's Abby,he repiled my grandmother so your seen her to so she was so freaked out she never cleaned the house again
