You do have the option of changing shipping method to UPS ground. All orders will be shipped with a tracking number when available. Note: We can not track packages shipped to APO addresses and foreign address shipped through the postal system.
We ship by First Class Mail, UPS ground, UPS Three Day, UPS Two Day and UPS Next Day, if you choose to have an item shipped a specific way we reserve the right to charge the actual shipping plus our handling fee on the specific shipment.

Product Availability
While we endeavor to keep our online catalog as up to date as possible, product can be made unavailable or discontinued without warning. We will inform you when an item is on back order or is no longer available when you place an order. We are also constantly getting in new products as we endeavor to provide a large variety of metaphysical merchandise.
Options for Back Orders
A. Cancel and reorder at a later date.
B. Maintain back ordered items on the order. Shipping charges will be charged on the original shipment.
C. Back ordered items will be so noted on the Packing Slip. D. Back orders over 3 month old will be canceled and you will have to reorder.
Return Policy (Follow these rules to get you money back.)
If you need to return products to us, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order.
You must have the original invoice number to reference.
We will only accept items for return that are approved and given an authorization number.
(RMA Return Merchandise Authorization)You will not be issued a credit without a RMA. If you return anything without an RMA, the package will be unretrievable and considered lost. No credit or replacement will be available. Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you are missing merchandise from your order, or have received damaged items, put the package aside and contact us within 3 days so that we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner.
