Secondhand Souls is a division of Emerald Valley Sales
Emerald Val or Emerald Valley Sale will show up on your credit card statement for all orders.
We prefer online orders but you may also eMail us with your order. We will send you an on line request for money through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account but you do need a major credit card.
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or personal checking through PayPal.

(Note: UPN, UP2, & UP3 are business days,
Saturdays & Sundays are not business days.)
We charge USPS based on the TOTAL WEIGHT PLUS HANDLING, there is a minimum charge of $8.06.
You do have the option of changing shipping method to UPS ground. All orders will be shipped with a tracking number when available. Note: We can not track packages shipped to APO addresses and foreign address shipped through the postal system.
We ship by first class mail, ups ground, ups three day, ups two day and ups next day, if you choose to have an item shipped a specific way we reserve the right to charge the actual shipping plus our handling fee on the specific shipment.
Ordering and your address

A. Do not use abbreviated city
B. Do not use periods (.) and number signs (#) these all have to be corrected before they can be shipped.
Product Availability
While we endeavor to keep our online catalog as up to date as possible, product can be made unavailable or discontinued without warning. We will inform you when an item is on backorder or is no longer available when you place an order. We are also constantly getting in new products as we endeavor to provide a large variety of metaphysical merchandise.
Options for Back orders
A. Cancel and reorder at a later date.
B. Maintain back ordered items on the order. Shipping charges will be charged on the original shipment.
C. Back ordered items will be so noted on the Packing Slip.
D. Back orders over 3 month old will be canceled and you will have to reorder.
Return Policy
If you need to return products to us, you must contact us within 20 days of receipt by emailingreturnes@secondhand-souls-4occult.com.You must have the original invoice number to reference. We will only accept items for return that are approved and given an authorization number. (RMA Return Merchandise Authorization) Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you are missing merchandise from your order, or have received damaged items, put the package aside and contact us within 7 days so that we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner.
